Azure Villa Suites – Check-In Rules & Guest Compliance Agreement

Welcome to Azure Villa Suites. To maintain comfort, security, and high-quality service for all guests, the following policies must be observed by all who stay at our property.

1. Security Deposit Policy

  • A security deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required from all guests at the time of check-in.
  • For extended stays, the deposit may be increased based on length of stay. This will be discussed and agreed upon at check-in.
  • Refunds are processed on the same day of check-out, with actual time to reflect depending on the guest’s bank and payment method.
  • Refunds are only issued if no damage is found after inspection. If damage is less than the deposit, the cost is deducted and the balance refunded. If damage exceeds the deposit, the guest will be liable to pay the difference. Refusal to pay may result in blacklisting and legal action.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Times

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Guests may request early check-in or extended check-out (maximum 2 hours), subject to availability and existing bookings. Requests must be made in advance and approved by management.

3. Pre Check-In Walkthrough & Checklist

  • A staff member will walk through the unit with the guest upon check-in.
  • The guest will be given a furniture and accessory checklist (physical or electronic) detailing the condition of all items.
  • This checklist must be completed, signed, and returned within 4 hours of check-in.
  • If not returned, staff will follow up in person. If no response is received within 24 hours, the guest agrees to be fully responsible for any damages noted at check-out, without contest.

4. Check-Out Inspection

  • Within 24 hours of check-out, staff will conduct a final walkthrough with the guest using the same checklist.
  • Both the guest and staff must sign the checklist.
  • If a guest leaves without the final walkthrough, staff will complete it, and any damages found will be evaluated accordingly. If no damage is found, the deposit is refunded.

5. Damage Evaluation

  • Damage costs are estimated by Azure Villa Suites only, based on standard replacement or repair costs.
  • Guests cannot dispute the estimate or provide their own valuation.

6. Reception Bar Use

  • Guests have free access to the bar space, but drinks must be purchased at listed prices.
  • Bringing outside drinks into the reception bar is strictly prohibited.

7. Guest Visitors

  • Each guest is allowed a maximum of two (2) visitors per room.
  • Additional visitors must be approved in advance via reservation, subject to space availability.

8.Parties

  • All parties are held ONLY at the Summit Hall. Parties are not allowed in any of the units.
  • Guests can negotiate the Summit Hall for parties at a discount rate
  • Violation of this policy will lead to immediate eviction

9. Agreement & Booking Confirmation

  • This policy is a binding document and must be signed at the time of booking.
    • Guests booking online will accept it digitally.
    • Guests booking in person will sign a physical copy on-site.
