Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to join our front desk team at Azure Villa Suites. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient check-in experience while providing outstanding customer service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
•Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional attitude.
•Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
•Manage reservations via phone, email, and booking platforms.
•Provide guests with information about the hotel, local area, and services.
•Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
•Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
•Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
•Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
•Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
•Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk agent in hospitality is preferred.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in using computers and hotel management software (e.g., PMS systems).
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Professional appearance and demeanor.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Knowledge of local attractions and services.
•Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
•Familiarity with apart-hotel or long-stay guest operations.
