Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our housekeeping team at our apart-hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, apartments, and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest apartments and rooms to the highest standards.

• Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities.

• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.

• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, kitchen items, and cleaning materials.

• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the relevant department promptly.

• Follow health and safety guidelines and proper sanitation practices.

• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used and stored safely and correctly.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of all guest information and rooms.

• Assist with laundry duties or deep-cleaning projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning, preferably in a hotel or serviced apartment environment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.

• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in apart-hotels or extended stay accommodations.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

• Basic English language skills (additional languages are a plus).
