Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as we can. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation:

1. Full Refund – 100%
   Guests are eligible for a full refund if the reservation is canceled more than 336 hours (14 days) before the scheduled check-in time.
2. Partial Refund – 50%
   If the reservation is canceled between 72 hours (3 days) and 336 hours (14 days) before the scheduled check-in time, a 50% refund will be issued.
3. No Refund
   Cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled check-in time will not be eligible for a refund.
4. How to Cancel
   Guests can cancel their reservation by:
   1. Self-cancellation: logging into their account (Check the booking confirmation email for login information)
5. Important Notes
   1. All cancellations must be submitted through the method above.
   1. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
   1. No-shows will be treated as last-minute cancellations and will not be refunded.
