Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will manage daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and maintaining inventory of all linen and laundry items. The individual will also assist in bed-making and support the cleaning staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities

– Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment efficiently and safely.
– Wash, dry, fold, and iron guest clothing, bed linens, towels, and other fabrics.
– Keep accurate stock of all laundry supplies, chemicals, and items in circulation.
– Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the laundry room at all times.
– Handle guests’ laundry with care and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
– Inspect linens and uniforms for wear and tear and report damage or replacements needed.
– Assist the cleaning team with bed-making, room setup, and general housekeeping when required.
– Follow established hygiene, safety, and quality standards of Azure Villa Suites.

Qualifications and Skills

– Prior experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred (hotel or guesthouse setting is an advantage).
– Basic knowledge of laundry operations and fabric care.
– Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures carefully.
– Physically fit and capable of lifting laundry loads.
– Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.
– Trustworthy, punctual, and organized.

Compensation and Benefits

– Salary: Negotiable and based on experience.
